What We Offer:

Competitive pay: $22.00 - $28.00 per hour
$500 Sign-On Bonus (paid in full after 90 days of successful employment)
Quarterly maintenance bonus potential, up to $3,000 per year
$100 per week on-call stipend, whether you are called or not

What You Will Do:

Complete work orders efficiently based on priority
Perform apartment make-ready tasks between resident occupancy
Handle interior and exterior painting/staining
Service heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) needs
Maintain property grounds to ensure curb appeal
Conduct preventative maintenance to minimize future repairs
Keep maintenance shop and work areas clean and organized
Participate in a 24/7 emergency maintenance rotation with team members

What You Bring to the Team:

One or more years of maintenance experience
HVAC Certification preferred
EPA License preferred
CPO Certification strongly preferred
Experience with drywall, painting, and carpentry
Proficiency in plumbing, including sweating copper pipes
Working knowledge of electrical systems, including outlets, switches, and light fixtures
Ability to diagnose and repair appliances, including refrigerators, stoves, dishwashers, and garbage disposals
Understanding of water heater repairs (both electric and gas)
