Temporary IT Deployment Technician at Hassan & Sons Inc – Grants Pass, Oregon

Position Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Temporary IT Deployment Technician to support a short-term phone deployment project. This role will be responsible for programming, configuring, quality-checking, packaging, and shipping mobile devices to end users. Training will be provided on our MDM system and internal processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Program and configure mobile devices according to company standards
• Enroll devices into the company MDM system (training provided)
• Perform quality assurance checks to ensure proper setup and functionality
• Label, package, and prepare devices for shipment
• Coordinate outbound shipping and maintain accurate shipment records
• Track inventory and maintain documentation of assigned devices
• Ensure proper handling and security of company equipment

Qualifications:

• Basic technical aptitude and familiarity with smartphones or mobile devices
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to follow documented procedures
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
• Ability to lift and move boxes up to 25–40 lbs

Work Schedule:
Full-time, temporary assignment for approximately 1–2 months.
