ExpertCare is seeking reliable, compassionate, and dedicated Direct Care Workers to provide 1:1 support to the individuals we serve. In this role, you’ll work in the recipient’s home and in the community, helping them build skills, gain independence, and reach their personal goals.

What You’ll Do

• Provide 1:1 support as a Direct Care Worker
• Assist with skill-building activities in the home
• Support community involvement to help recipients achieve personal goals
• Encourage independence, confidence, and growth
