- Adjust growing practices to ensure plants meet standards for consistency, vigor, and customer readiness.
- Document plant movement, losses, and key production observations to support accurate forecasting and scheduling.
- Provide daily work direction and feedback to seasonal greenhouse staff to ensure plant care standards are consistently met.
- Maintain organized, clean, and safe greenhouse and outdoor production areas.
- Collaborate with the Production Supervisor and Data Specialist to align plant performance with production schedules, as well as the Germination Specialist and Plant Care Specialist to ensure a seamless flow of plants through production from beginning to end.
