Responsibilities:

• Collects samples for various formulations, prepares and weighs solutions, and sets up the lab for testing
• Cleans and sanitizes laboratory equipment
• Maintains accurate records of laboratory instruments and equipment
• Verifies solutions are properly prepared prior to use
• Ensures compliance with company policies, SOPs, cGMP standards, and regulatory requirements
• Performs hands-on operation and maintenance of pharmaceutical production equipment while upholding quality and safety standards
• Works independently with minimal supervision; serves as a technical resource and mentor within the R&D team
• Creates and revises SOPs, batch documentation, and training materials
• Manages equipment readiness, preventive maintenance, and calibration schedules
• Guides technicians and promotes accurate documentation and regulatory compliance

Required Experience:

• High School Diploma or GED
• 2+ years of experience as a Formulation Technician within a Pharmaceutical environment.
