About This Position

Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) - (Part-Time or Full-Time)

As an LPN, you –
  • Will primarily work with long-term care patients in our SNF neighborhoods, with flexibility to assist in other areas of the nursing home as needed
  • Administer nursing care to our long-term care patients, including:
    • Developing and implementing nursing care plans
    • Providing patient care
    • And maintaining medical records
  • Supervise the C.N.A. staff to ensure quality of care and performance expectations are met
  • Build long lasting relationships with residents and help provide them with social and emotional support

Education / Experience –
  • Graduate of an accredited school of nursing and current/valid State of Wisconsin LPN License required
  • CPR Certification required
  • Computer skills strongly preferred
  • Certified or willingness to obtain dementia care certification strongly preferred
  • Clinical and supervisor experience as well as basic computer skills strongly preferred
