The AUTOMOTIVE STORE MANAGER is an important role within our organization. The Manager is responsible for the overall operations of the shop and leading the team to success. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, opening and closing the store, service writing, scheduling, assisting customers in determining their vehicle needs, meeting business goals, leading the entire store team, and collaborating with company leadership. Midland Tire is open 7:30am - 5:30pm Monday through Friday. Your weekends are yours to enjoy!

WHAT YOU ARE OFFERING:

• 3+ years of leadership experience in an automotive shop
• Service writing and scheduling experience
• Integrity, reliability, and a positive attitude
• Ability to handle a fast-paced environment with courage, candor, and integrity
• Eagerness to mentor and help others
• Team mentality and strong communication skills
• Ability to provide energetic and prompt responses to every customer, on the phone or in the store
• A clean driving record
• The physical ability to lift 50 pounds
• A willingness to work overtime when necessary
• To be absolutely unwilling to compromise personal integrity or business ethics for any reason
