As the Executive Director, you are the architect of our culture, holding responsibility for daily operations, ensuring top-tier regulatory compliance in accordance with current federal, state, and local standards, guidelines and regulations governing the Community, and empowering the team to provide the highest quality of life for our residents.

Education, Experience, and/or Training:
- Bachelor’s degree in public health administration or business administration, or health-related degree.
- Current Nursing Home Administrator’s license or the ability to meet the licensure requirements of the State.
- Two years’ experience in a supervisory capacity in a healthcare setting, desired.
