Job Summary
The Marketing Associate will support the Marketing Manager in executing marketing campaigns,
patient recruitment initiatives, and day-to-day marketing operations. This role is hands-on and
execution-focused, with opportunities to grow responsibility over time.
Key Responsibilities
Increase our local image and Company database of research volunteers through strategic coordinated branding and outreach campaigns.
Aid the Marketing Manager with community outreach, marketing, and public relations initiatives across the Company’s network of research sites.
Support the day-to-day management and updating of company websites, social media channels, and email marketing platforms
Assist with planning and executing clinical trial recruitment strategies.
Learn, comprehend and apply FDA guidelines for human subject recruitment.
Create study specific marketing/patient recruitment materials including web content, banner and other internet ads, print ads, television/radio scripts, newsletters, press releases and email blasts
Submit, track and nurture clinical trial patient recruitment marketing materials through compliance approval process.
Maintain records/documentation of material approvals.
Monitor and track marketing and patient recruitment campaigns to ensure goals are met, assisting with performance analysis and identifying opportunities for improvement.
Attend weekly recruitment meetings to update team on campaign statuses and scheduling
Assist with compiling monthly performance metrics and reports.
From time to time assist Business Development team in the creation of white papers, corporate newsletters, tradeshows, and other B2B marketing activities.
Retention/Patient Experience (Customer Satisfaction) Analyze what will keep people in a study (keep them happy)
Assist with the implementation and follow-up of patient retention and experience campaigns
Additional duties and projects as assigned
Qualifications
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
Excellent sales and customer service skills.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to prioritize tasks and manage projects.
Ability to function well in a high-paced and at times stressful environment.
Proficient with MS Office and programs such as HTML, WordPress, Canva and Sprout Social.
Experience with digital marketing and social media platforms.
Education and Experience
Bachelors’ degree in marketing, public relations, communications or business.
1-2 Years experience preferred
Experience in medical/healthcare field is a plus but not required.
