Warehouse Coordinator at CATALYST MXE – Las Vegas, Nevada

Spoon Events, a Catalyst MXE company, is seeking a Warehouse Coordinator to oversee the accurate documentation, organization, and accountability of all warehouse assets throughout the shipping and receiving process. This role plays a key part in maintaining inventory accuracy and ensuring shipments are complete, compliant, and in good condition.

Position/Title: Warehouse Coordinator

Job Type: Full-Time

Work Location: Las Vegas

Compensation: $23 - $28/hr.

The essential functions include, but are not limited to, the following:

• Supervise the loading and receiving of all inbound and outbound shipments
  
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of rental and client-owned inventory
  
• Create and manage shipping and receiving documentation
  
• Verify shipment contents for accuracy and completeness
  
• Inspect all shipments for damage upon receipt and prior to dispatch
  
• Confirm and document daily shipment activity
  
• Inspect all exhibits upon arrival at the facility
  
• Maintain inbound inspection reports and receiving logs
  
• Ensure receiving logs are current and accurately reflect inventory movement
  

• High school diploma or GED required
• Forklift certification required
• Understand and follow setup instructions, technical documentation, and procedural guidelines
• Strong organizational skills with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
• Effective written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to locate, verify, and track information quickly, accurately, and thoroughly
• Computer database experience strongly preferred
