Weekend Shift Lead

Reports to: Weekend Shift Warehouse Supervisor

Reporting Staff: None

Alternate in Case of Absence: Warehouse Clerks

Responsibilities:

• Assists the Supervisor in ensuring that all operations are completed in and with a high level of productivity and accuracy
• Needs to be versatile to be able to work in the department that needs help the most and to support them
• Complete knowledge of company GDPs
• Checks inbound/outbound freight for errors, damage, correctness
• Assists in arranging product within the warehouse
• Expert in RF gun and able to handle the tough situations on the floor
• Head trainer to warehouse operators
• Advocates for and supports all employees including new employees
• Should know all processes on the floor and be able to step in as shipping/receiving clerk
• Work (3) 12 hours shifts Fri - Sun and get a bonus 4 hours of pay
