In this role, you will take ownership of financial planning, analysis, and business partnering activities across BPO operations, ensuring alignment between operational performance and financial outcomes. You will be responsible for delivering actionable insights that support profitability and efficiency improvements.

• Prepare and manage monthly forecasts, financial performance reports, and variance analyses across business units and clients
• Analyze revenue and cost drivers while linking operational KPIs (AHT, SLAs, occupancy, attrition, shrinkage) to financial results
• Build and maintain financial models to assess the impact of workforce and operational decisions on profitability
• Partner with operations, HR, and workforce management teams to optimize staffing, productivity, and cost efficiency
• Support pricing, costing, and margin analysis for new and existing client engagements
• Monitor budgets, ensure cost control adherence, and identify opportunities for operational and financial optimization

The ideal candidate brings strong experience in business finance within a BPO environment, combined with a deep understanding of operational metrics and their financial implications. You are highly analytical, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a remote, fast-paced setup.

• Minimum 5 years of experience in Business Finance, FP&A, or similar roles within BPO or call center environments
• Strong understanding of call center KPIs such as AHT, SLA, FTE efficiency, attrition, and absenteeism
• Advanced Excel and financial modeling expertise; exposure to BI tools like Power BI or Tableau is a plus
• Proven ability to translate operational data into financial insights and business recommendations
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage non-finance stakeholders effectively
• Ability to work independently in a remote US-shift environment with strong ownership and discipline
• Strong analytical mindset, proactive approach, and ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines
