The position focuses on leveraging Epic data and advanced reporting techniques to transform complex healthcare datasets into meaningful insights. You will collaborate closely with delivery teams to troubleshoot issues, respond to ad hoc analytical requests, and build scalable reporting outputs. This is a hands-on role ideal for someone who enjoys deep data analysis and problem-solving within a healthcare revenue cycle setting. It offers exposure to high-impact projects that directly influence patient care and organizational efficiency.
- Develop and maintain complex Excel-based reporting deliverables in consistent, reusable formats to support internal and client needs
- Execute target-to-source data mappings and contribute to the design and improvement of data pipelines
- Perform data validation, reconciliation, and quality assurance to ensure accuracy, completeness, and reliability of reporting outputs
- Analyze Epic data and translate raw datasets into actionable insights for operational and strategic decision-making
- Support delivery teams in troubleshooting data, system, or process-related issues in a timely manner
- Respond to ad hoc client reporting and analysis requests with clear, structured outputs and communication
- Manage multiple priorities while meeting recurring deadlines in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
- Follow established policies, procedures, and professional standards of conduct
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in an analytics, reporting, or data-focused role
- Hands-on experience working with Epic data in a hospital, healthcare, or revenue cycle environment
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, and advanced data manipulation
- Experience working with healthcare or hospital clients, with strong professional communication skills
- Proven ability to independently execute reporting tasks, analyze trends, and drive work to completion
- Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, fast-paced, client-facing environment
