Job Description
This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for an Agentic AI Engineering Instructor (Lead Instructor) in United States.
This is a high-intensity, short-term instructional engagement focused on shaping the next generation of AI practitioners. You will lead an immersive reskilling program designed to transition experienced professionals into Agentic AI Engineering roles, with a strong emphasis on hands-on system design and real-world application. The role blends deep technical expertise with live teaching, mentorship, and architectural guidance across modern AI platforms. You will help learners move beyond theory to build functional multi-agent systems using cutting-edge tools and frameworks. Operating in a fast-paced, remote-first learning environment aligned with Pacific Time hours, you will guide professionals through complex concepts such as orchestration, memory, and planning in LLM-based systems. This is a highly impactful role for an experienced engineer who enjoys teaching, mentoring, and translating advanced AI systems into practical understanding.
You will lead live technical instruction and hands-on learning experiences focused on agentic AI system design, ensuring learners can successfully build, debug, and deploy multi-agent architectures. Your role combines teaching, mentoring, and real-time technical support across structured labs and projects.
- Deliver live remote instruction and build-along sessions on agentic AI systems using tools such as Azure AI Foundry, Copilot Studio, and Semantic Kernel
- Guide learners through hands-on labs covering multi-agent orchestration, design patterns, and API integration
- Provide real-time Python coding support, debugging assistance, and technical troubleshooting during exercises and projects
- Break down complex AI architecture concepts such as memory, planning, and tool use into practical, actionable steps
- Host office hours and review sessions to evaluate and improve student-built systems for scalability and robustness
- Support learners in translating systems design thinking into functional AI applications
- Ensure technical accuracy and learning effectiveness across all instructional materials and exercises
You bring deep hands-on experience in AI engineering combined with strong instructional or leadership capabilities. You are comfortable operating in fast-paced environments where you translate complex technical concepts into accessible learning experiences.
- 7+ years of software engineering experience, with at least 2+ years building and deploying agentic AI systems in production
- Strong proficiency in Python, API development, and advanced prompt engineering
- Deep experience with Azure AI Foundry, Copilot Studio, and Semantic Kernel (LangChain/LangGraph experience is a plus)
- Solid understanding of agentic AI design patterns, including planning, tool use, and orchestration
- Experience in technical instruction, mentoring engineers, or leading engineering teams
- Ability to communicate complex architecture concepts clearly to non-engineering audiences
- Relevant certifications such as AZ-900 and AI-900 required; AI-102 strongly preferred
- Experience from top-tier tech companies or AI-focused engineering roles is a strong advantage
- Availability for intensive 30-hour/week engagement aligned with Pacific Time hours
- Fixed project compensation of $15,500 for the 2-week engagement
- Fully remote work arrangement
- Short-term, high-impact consulting opportunity
- Exposure to cutting-edge agentic AI tooling and enterprise learning programs
- Opportunity to shape the careers of professionals transitioning into AI engineering roles
- Flexible engagement structure within defined program timeline
- Work with a globally distributed learning and engineering community
