About the role
Reporting to the Operations Manager, the Logistics Clerk will be responsible for managing shipments from our warehouses to customers. He/she will ensure diligent tracking of shipments and maintain real-time awareness of inventory across various warehouses. This individual will update and monitor customer orders in the ERP system and determine their priority levels. The Logistics Clerk will be in constant communication with Customers, Carriers, Warehouse and Sales teams to ensure delivery deadlines are met and to maintain strong business relationships
What you'll do
- Enter and process customer orders in the ERP system
- Confirm order picking and preparation with our warehouse partners
- Manage transportation dispatch
- Verify delivery details with customers (shipping terms, address, etc.)
- Handle returns
- Manage issues, delays, and customer claims
- Maintain accurate and rigorous tracking of inventory across all warehouses
- Create and monitor inter-warehouse transfers in the ERP system
- Coordinate specialized transportation for trade shows and commercial events
- Work closely with the accounting team to monitor transportation costs and support optimization efforts
We are Offering
- Salary: $50,000– $60,000 USD (based on experience)
- Annual bonus: up to 10% based on performance

We are Looking for
- 0-2 years of experience in logistics, transportation, or inventory management (B2B experience is an asset)
- Diploma or training in logistics, business administration, supply chain management, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- Experience in a multi-warehouse and/or distribution environment
- Strong proficiency with an ERP system (strong asset)
- Good understanding of shipping, transportation, and inventory management processes
- Cross-border logistics experience (Canada–United States) is an asset
