- Provide day-to-day legal advice to internal stakeholders on a broad spectrum of legal and regulatory matters
- Support the design and launch of new products and services, including cross-border regulatory considerations and compliance frameworks
- Draft, review, and negotiate customer-facing documents such as contracts, disclosures, and platform materials
- Manage and negotiate commercial agreements with institutional clients and strategic partners
- Assist in responding to regulatory inquiries and liaise with authorities across multiple jurisdictions
- Collaborate with external legal advisors to ensure high-quality legal support when needed
- Work closely with global legal and compliance teams to ensure consistent and aligned practices
- Qualified lawyer (solicitor or barrister) with at least 3–5 years of relevant experience
- Background in financial services, fintech, regulatory bodies, or technology-driven organizations
- Strong academic credentials and solid legal analytical skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex legal concepts
- Proven ability to manage projects independently from initiation to completion
- Practical, solution-oriented mindset with strong commercial awareness
- Experience working in international, cross-functional teams
- Interest in fintech, digital assets, and emerging technologies such as blockchain
- Eligibility to work in the relevant region without sponsorship is preferred
