  • Provide technical leadership, mentorship, and guidance to junior team members while contributing to continuous improvement and thought leadership initiatives
Requirements

This role requires strong analytical ability, consulting experience, and hands-on expertise in warehouse or supply chain systems. • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Logistics, Systems, Business, or a related field
  • 2–4+ years of experience in WMS/WCS consulting, solution design, or internal supply chain systems roles
  • Strong understanding of warehouse operations and system-driven logistics processes
  • Experience in structured problem-solving, data analysis, and business case development
  • Ability to manage client relationships and lead project-level implementation activities
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to present complex technical concepts clearly and effectively
  • Proficiency in facilitation, teamwork, and cross-functional collaboration
  • Willingness to travel nationally and internationally as required
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in fast-paced environments
Benefits
  • Competitive compensation aligned with experience and role responsibilities
  • Exposure to global clients and multi-industry supply chain transformation projects
  • Career development opportunities through training, mentorship, and technical growth
  • Collaborative and innovation-driven work environment
  • Opportunities to contribute to thought leadership, white papers, and industry case studies
