You will be responsible for driving profitable growth across assigned national accounts and broker networks while strengthening long-term distribution partnerships. Acting as a key connector between field operations, regional leadership, and national partners, you will ensure consistent activation strategies across territories. The role combines analytical rigor, commercial strategy, and relationship management in a highly collaborative, performance-driven environment. Operating remotely with significant national travel, you will engage directly with major distribution partners to influence business outcomes. - Lead the execution of personal lines growth strategies across assigned national accounts and broker partnerships, ensuring alignment with broader commercial objectives.
- Manage and influence territory performance through direct and indirect coordination with territory managers, focusing on profitability, agency management, and portfolio optimization.
- Leverage data and analytics to identify market trends, competitor positioning, and distribution opportunities, translating insights into actionable growth strategies.
- Strengthen and expand relationships with key distribution partners, driving engagement, activation, and long-term collaboration.
- Partner with internal teams including product, marketing, and regional leadership to align strategies and execute shared business goals.
- Support development of territory teams by setting performance expectations, coaching sales effectiveness, and enhancing commercial capabilities.
- Drive adoption of internal tools and systems to improve operational efficiency, reporting, and decision-making.
- Contribute to strategic planning for assigned geographies by identifying growth opportunities and addressing performance gaps.
- 10+ years of experience in sales, sales management, or distribution leadership, preferably within property and casualty insurance or financial services.
- Strong knowledge of personal lines insurance and familiarity with independent agency distribution channels is highly preferred.
- Proven experience managing complex partner ecosystems, national accounts, or multi-territory commercial relationships.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, market trends, and performance metrics to guide strategic decisions.
- Demonstrated ability to influence, collaborate, and drive accountability across cross-functional teams and external partners.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with executive-level stakeholder engagement experience.
- Strong leadership mindset with the ability to coach, mentor, and develop high-performing teams indirectly or directly.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, insurance, marketing, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
- Ability to operate in a remote environment with extensive national travel (approximately 50%).
- Competitive base salary range aligned with experience and geographic location ($136,000 – $242,000 USD).
