This role is ideal for a highly skilled technical communication professional who can transform complex, configuration-heavy digital products into clear, structured, and user-friendly documentation and learning content. You will play a key role in shaping how users, administrators, and internal teams understand and adopt complex platforms across business intelligence and digital product ecosystems. The position combines technical writing, instructional design, and multimedia content creation in an agile, fast-paced engineering environment. You will collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and support teams to ensure accuracy, consistency, and usability of all documentation. Beyond traditional documentation, you will also create engaging training videos and role-based learning paths to enhance product adoption. This is a highly impactful role where your work directly improves user experience, operational efficiency, and product scalability across global teams.
- Design and develop comprehensive technical documentation covering platform configuration, admin workflows, and operational processes.
- Create clear, structured, role-based content tailored for Admin, Operations, and Business users.
- Produce short, engaging training videos (2–5 minutes) using screen recording, annotation, and light editing tools.
- Develop and maintain role-based learning paths, including quick-start guides, reference materials, and structured learning content.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product, engineering, support) to ensure content accuracy and alignment with product updates.
- Manage documentation workflows using Agile practices and track tasks through Azure DevOps in alignment with sprint cycles.
- Maintain and organize content across knowledge bases and learning platforms while ensuring consistency and usability.
- Ensure all content meets accessibility standards and supports localization requirements across global audiences.
- Around 6 years of experience in technical writing, product documentation, or content design for complex digital platforms.
- Strong expertise in Business Intelligence and reporting documentation.
- Proven ability to simplify complex, configuration-heavy workflows into clear and reusable content.
- Hands-on experience creating training videos and e-learning materials using tools such as Camtasia, Loom, OBS Studio, or similar.
- Familiarity with documentation tools like Confluence, SharePoint, GitBook, MkDocs, Sphinx, MadCap Flare, DITA, or Notion.
- Experience with e-learning authoring tools such as Articulate 360, Adobe Captivate, or Vyond.
- Understanding of Agile environments and experience working with product and engineering teams.
- Knowledge of knowledge base or LMS platforms (e.g., SharePoint, Docebo, SuccessFactors, Workday Learning) and localization/accessibility standards (WCAG).
- Strong communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills in distributed teams.
