The Opportunity: You will serve as a high-level field leader responsible for the oversight of complex plumbing installations and crew coordination. This role empowers you to take full ownership of job site operations, ensuring every project reflects our commitment to reliability and code-compliant workmanship. You will be the primary link between project management and field execution, driving excellence in both residential and commercial sectors.

How You Will Make an Impact:

• Supervise daily job site operations to ensure all plumbing installations meet strict project specifications and local codes.

• Coordinate field crews and delegate tasks effectively to maintain aggressive project schedules and budgets.

• Direct real-time problem-solving efforts on-site to resolve technical hurdles and prevent project delays.

• Oversee safety protocols and lead regular field meetings to maintain a zero-incident work environment.

• Manage communication between project managers, general contractors, and inspectors to ensure project transparency.

• Execute high-quality workmanship while mentoring junior team members and apprentices in the field.

• Maintain accurate documentation of site progress, material needs, and labor hours for project tracking.

Required Qualifications & Experience:

• Proven leadership experience managing plumbing crews and overseeing large-scale field operations.

• Deep technical proficiency in commercial plumbing systems and mechanical codes.

• Demonstrated ability to interpret complex blueprints, submittals, and project schedules accurately.

• Willingness to travel to various project assignments within and beyond the immediate Garfield region.

• Strong organizational skills and the accountability required to manage high-stakes project logistics.

Preferred Qualifications & Experience:

• Completion of a formal Trade Program or Technical Certification in plumbing or mechanical trades.

• Approximately 8 years of related work experience in commercial plumbing.

• Advanced experience in manufacturer-specific training or specialized technical installations.
