This role is a strategic HR partnership position focused on enabling business growth through people strategy, organizational design, and talent development. You will work closely with leaders across Engineering, Product, Payments, and G&A functions to align workforce planning with business objectives and ensure teams are structured for success. The position combines data-driven decision-making with hands-on coaching, change leadership, and employee relations expertise. You will play a key role in shaping high-performing, inclusive teams while supporting the adoption of modern, AI-enabled ways of working. Operating in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment, you will help translate organizational goals into actionable people strategies. - Partner with senior leaders across multiple functions to translate business objectives into effective workforce plans, including headcount forecasting, organizational design, and skills gap analysis.
- Use people analytics and business KPIs to assess team health, performance, and engagement, and recommend data-driven actions to improve outcomes.
- Coach managers on hiring, performance management, leadership effectiveness, and development practices to build strong, accountable, and inclusive teams.
- Support job architecture, leveling frameworks, and compensation alignment to ensure equity, consistency, and market competitiveness.
- Lead and support organizational change initiatives, including operating model shifts and the integration of AI-enabled workflows and tools.
- Manage employee relations matters with discretion, ensuring fair, consistent, and compliant outcomes while balancing business and employee needs.
- Identify opportunities to improve HR processes through automation and AI, enhancing efficiency and employee experience.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an HR Business Partner supporting senior leadership in fast-paced or high-growth environments.
- Strong expertise in organizational design, workforce planning, and change management.
- Ability to use data and analytics to influence decisions and guide leadership strategy.
- Experience coaching managers on performance, leadership development, and talent management.
- Solid understanding of compensation structures and job architecture principles.
- High level of emotional intelligence, discretion, and ability to manage sensitive employee relations issues.
- Strong communication and influencing skills, with the ability to challenge and advise senior stakeholders.
- Curiosity and hands-on experience with AI tools or automation to improve HR processes and productivity.
- Experience in SaaS or similarly dynamic environments is a plus.
