Location: This position is required to be onsite M-F 11400 Jog Road, Palm Beach Gardens Florida. Hours are 8:30 to 5:00.

Overview
Meta Power Solutions is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Quoting Project Manager to join our dynamic sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the sales quoting process, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and alignment with customer requirements and our internal sales, engineering and estimating teams. You will work closely with the sales team, customers, estimators, engineering, and executive team to facilitate successful sales operations. Key Responsibilities:
Quotations:
Quoting Process Management: Oversee the preparation and submission of sales quotes, ensuring all customer specifications are met and deadlines are adhered to.
Collaboration: Work closely with sales representatives to understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions. Coordinate with engineering and production teams to gather necessary information for quotes.
Data Analysis: Analyze historical data and market trends to identify pricing strategies and optimize quoting processes.
Customer Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for customers regarding quotes, providing updates and addressing any inquiries or concerns.
Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process enhancements and implement best practices to streamline quoting operations.
Reporting: Generate regular reports on quoting activities, conversion rates, and other key metrics to inform management decisions.
Other responsibilities or as required.

Estimating:
Assign Estimators and Engineers to opportunities
Manage and create container solution quotes
Create all container quotes after managing the SWB and XFMR quotes
Manage and create MV gear quotes

Required Qualificiations:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, or a related field.
8+ years of experience in sales coordination, quoting, or a similar role, preferably in the Power Solutions or Electrical Distribution sector.
Strong understanding of sales processes and quoting methodologies.
Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-focused approach.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
