You will guide a team of product managers while partnering closely with engineering, design, analytics, and GTM teams to optimize the full customer journey. Accountabilities:

You will own the strategy, roadmap, and execution for the entire product-led growth funnel, ensuring seamless experiences from acquisition through activation and retention. You will lead a team of product managers and drive alignment across cross-functional stakeholders to deliver measurable business outcomes.

Define and execute the PLG strategy across marketing site, signup, onboarding, and self-serve product experiences
Own funnel performance metrics including visit-to-signup, activation, conversion, and retention, driving continuous optimization
Lead AI-native product development practices to improve personalization, speed, and experimentation across the funnel
Drive a structured experimentation culture with rapid testing, learning loops, and data-driven decision-making
Partner with sales, marketing, GTM, and monetization teams to align growth initiatives and shared outcomes
Manage, mentor, and scale a high-performing product management team focused on growth and impact
Identify new growth opportunities and incorporate them into long-term strategic planning

Requirements:

You bring deep product leadership experience in SaaS environments with a strong track record of delivering measurable growth outcomes. You are equally comfortable setting long-term vision and driving hands-on execution in fast-moving environments.

10+ years of product management experience, including 3+ years in leadership roles managing teams
Proven experience leading product-led growth initiatives across acquisition, onboarding, and retention
Strong background in funnel optimization, experimentation, and data-driven product development
Demonstrated success delivering revenue impact through product innovation and growth strategies
Experience applying AI tools across the product development lifecycle (research, prototyping, iteration, and evaluation)
Strong cross-functional leadership skills with ability to influence executive stakeholders
Experience in SaaS environments with understanding of GTM motions and subscription-based business models
Ability to operate with both strategic vision and tactical execution in high-growth settings
