Accountabilities:
  • Lead end-to-end delivery of digital banking platform implementations and associated products and services for financial institution clients.

  • Gather and translate client requirements into actionable delivery tasks, ensuring alignment between business needs and technical execution.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams, vendors, and partners to ensure seamless integration and timely implementation of solutions.
  • Facilitate regular stakeholder meetings, providing clear updates on progress, risks, dependencies, and mitigation strategies.
  • Manage multiple complex projects simultaneously while ensuring consistent delivery quality and timeline adherence.

  • Support continuous improvement efforts by identifying process optimization opportunities and contributing to best practices.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technology, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
  • 4+ years of project management experience, ideally in financial technology, enterprise software, or IT implementations.
  • Proven experience leading large-scale, multi-phase implementations for financial institutions or enterprise clients.
  • Strong proficiency with project management tools such as Gantt charts, Kanban boards, and related planning systems.
  • Ability to develop detailed project plans, schedules, and comprehensive status reporting documentation.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a proactive approach to issue resolution and risk management.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, client-facing environment.
  • Leadership skills with the ability to guide teams, align stakeholders, and drive project execution.
  • Strong customer focus with a commitment to delivering high-quality client outcomes.
Benefits:
  • Competitive salary range of $120,000 – $140,000 per year.
  • Cloud-native, innovation-driven work environment focused on digital transformation in financial services.
  • Opportunity to work on high-impact enterprise projects serving banks and credit unions.
  • Structured career growth with increasing ownership from onboarding through strategic leadership roles.
  • Collaborative culture built on trust, curiosity, and continuous improvement.
  • Exposure to cutting-edge digital banking technologies and large-scale implementation projects.
  • Limited travel requirements (approximately 12 days per year, with occasional team gatherings).
  • Inclusive workplace committed to diversity, equity, and equal opportunity employment.
