- Develop and execute enterprise sales strategies targeting wealth management firms, brokerages, trading institutions, and large financial organizations.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with C-level executives and key stakeholders to drive revenue growth and long-term partnerships.
- Lead complex sales cycles including RFP management, proposal development, pricing discussions, and contract negotiations.
- Collaborate closely with product, engineering, and marketing teams to align client requirements with platform capabilities and market positioning.
- Provide market intelligence and customer feedback to support product enhancements and strategic growth initiatives.
- Identify and cultivate partnerships with key players across financial services, blockchain ecosystems, and digital asset markets.
- Represent the organization at industry conferences, networking events, and strategic forums to strengthen brand visibility and credibility.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in brokerage, trading, capital markets, or institutional financial services environments.
- Strong understanding of cryptocurrency, digital assets, blockchain ecosystems, and institutional trading infrastructure.
- Deep knowledge of market structure, trading workflows, liquidity, and risk management across traditional and digital financial markets.
- Proven success in enterprise sales and business development with an established network of institutional clients and industry contacts.
- Demonstrated ability to negotiate complex agreements and manage high-value enterprise accounts.
- Excellent communication, presentation, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
