- Design, develop, and implement scalable Salesforce solutions supporting contact center operations, including agent productivity, customer engagement, and workforce management.
- Translate business requirements into detailed technical designs, ensuring alignment with SDLC best practices and system architecture standards.
- Build and maintain integrations between Salesforce and contact center platforms such as TalkDesk, Genesys, Assembled, and RingCentral to ensure seamless data flow and real-time insights.
- Develop automated workflows to optimize call routing, scheduling, performance tracking, and quality assurance processes.
- Leverage AI/ML technologies to enable predictive routing, forecasting, sentiment analysis, and intelligent customer interactions.
- Enhance existing systems and processes to improve customer experience, operational efficiency, and cost effectiveness.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, operations, and business stakeholders throughout design, development, testing, and deployment phases.
- Ensure data integrity, system performance, and ongoing support of Salesforce and integrated platforms.
- Implement continuous improvements through innovative solutions and automation strategies.
- Support advanced AI capabilities such as chatbots, conversational AI, and agent assist tools to improve customer and agent experiences.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 5+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience using Apex, Lightning (LWC/Aura), APIs (REST/SOAP), Visualforce, and web technologies (JavaScript, HTML, CSS, XML, JSON).
- Strong expertise in Salesforce Service Cloud and Sales Cloud, especially within contact center environments.
- Proven experience integrating Salesforce with external systems such as telephony or CCaaS platforms (e.g., TalkDesk, Genesys, RingCentral).
- Deep understanding of Salesforce architecture, including CTI, Omni-Channel, Managed Packages, OAuth2, caching, and asynchronous processing.
- Experience with CI/CD tools such as GitHub, Bitbucket, Jenkins, ANT, or similar platforms.
- Salesforce certifications (Platform Developer I/II required; Service Cloud Consultant preferred).
- Strong understanding of contact center KPIs such as FCR, AHT, CSAT, and abandonment rate.
- Experience leading technical projects end-to-end with strong ownership and delivery focus.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Exposure to AI/ML integration in Salesforce (chatbots, sentiment analysis, routing automation) is a strong plus.
