Job OverviewCompany: All Pro Heating, Air And Plumbing.
Salary/Pay Rate: $28 to $38 per hour (Based on experience) plus Performance Based Bonus.
Location: Indianapolis, IN.
Job/Employment Type: Full Time.
Project Scope: Mechanical & HVAC (Residential, Commercial)
Mandatory Licenses & Certifications: EPA Certification and Valid Driver's License.
You will serve as a pivotal field leader, spearheading the installation of high-quality mechanical systems for a close-knit, growth-oriented team. This role grants you the autonomy to manage on-site projects while receiving the dedicated support and mentorship needed to advance your career.
How You Will Make an ImpactLead and execute complex residential and commercial HVAC installations to ensure peak system performance.
Supervise field assistants to maintain a clean, professional, and efficient job site at all times.
Coordinate daily workflows to meet project timelines while upholding the company's high standards for neatness.
Manage client interactions with a courteous, professional demeanor to ensure a premium service experience, build strong customer relationships through friendly, professional conversation and a clean-cut presence.
Maintain strict adherence to safety protocols and technical specifications for every mechanical install.
Mentor junior technicians by sharing technical expertise and fostering a culture of personal accountability.
Document project completion and technical details accurately to support seamless field operations.
Proven experience leading HVAC installation teams in both residential and commercial environments.
Active EPA Certification and a valid drivers license with a clean driving record.
Advanced technical proficiency in HVAC mechanical systems and airflow dynamics.
Demonstrated ability to produce "clean-cut" and aesthetically organized installations.
Strong leadership skills with a focus on reliability and high-stakes problem-solving.
Minimum of 2 years of related work experience in a lead or specialist role.
Completion of a Trade Program or Technical Certification, such as NATE.
Strong communication skills used to navigate team dynamics and customer needs.
