Qualifications:
Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or other related field.
- Minimum 3 years’ work experience in direct response, marketing or fundraising
- Experience with budget planning and reporting
Preferred Qualifications
- Familiarity with direct response fundraising concepts, including donor acquisition, renewals, segmentation, and campaign lifecycles.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
- Ability to speak, write and present information clearly
- Strong decision-making and negotiating skills
- Understanding of fundraising concepts and a demonstrated ability to raise money
- Familiarity with donor databases or related systems
- Proficient in MS Office
- Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to effortlessly manage multiple projects simultaneously
- A fierce and tireless attention to detail
- Forward-thinking, anticipates opportunities and challenges
- A structured individual with strong time management skills who is deadline-driven and works well under pressure
- Takes initiative, requires minimal supervision and demonstrates impeccable follow-through
- A team player who projects a positive attitude, high energy and enthusiasm
Required Languages: Fluency in English.
Travel: Must be able to travel up to 10% at a time.
