CDS Office Technologies is hiring a driven B2B Account Executive to expand our Managed IT, Hosted VoIP, and Print Solutions divisions.
This is an outside, high-activity sales role focused primarily on generating new business and growing long-term recurring revenue. While you may inherit select accounts, success in this role comes from consistent prospecting, disciplined pipeline management, and strong relationship-building.
We are looking for a motivated professional who takes initiative, represents the company well in the field, and works effectively with internal teams to win and support clients in an expansive, business-friendly territory.
What You'll Do
- Prospect daily through phone outreach, networking, referrals, and in-person visits
- Schedule and conduct discovery meetings with business decision-makers
- Maintain 15–25 active opportunities in your pipeline
- Identify opportunities across Managed IT, Hosted VoIP, and Print solutions
- Collaborate with technical specialists to design and present solutions
- Manage activity and progress within CRM
- Build long-term client relationships that drive recurring revenue growth
This role requires consistency, professionalism, and accountability. High activity levels are expected and supported!
Ideal Background
We strongly prefer candidates with experience in:
- Copier / MFP sales
- Managed IT / MSP
- Telecom / VoIP
- Payroll, merchant services, or other contractual B2B sales

Territory & Verticals
You will be responsible for and eligible to prospect in all counties in southernmost Illinois, centering around Williamson County and extending out to the surrounding counties of Jackson, Saline, Union, Johnson, Franklin, Perry, and so on.
We are vertical agnostic and provide essential service to companies, agencies, and organizations in both the private and public sectors, as well as regulated industries such as medical, education, resale, and manufacturing.
Compensation & Benefits
- $40,000–$50,000 base (DOE)
