Aquaheat Facility Services is a premier provider of facility maintenance services being 100% New Zealand owned and operated with over 70 years of history providing a comprehensive range of facility maintenance services to a selected range of local government, commercial, industrial and infrastructure customers throughout New Zealand.
Our team provide HVAC, Refrigeration, Electrical and Plumbing services to a variety of major clients that range from the education and government sector to commercial buildings and state of the art facilities across the country.
Aquaheat Facility Services Limited, based in Auckland, is recruiting for a Part time Administration Assistant to undertake various administration tasks in a fast paced, friendly office environment supported with a team of five other fantastic support staff.
About the Role:The Administration Assistant will be responsible for:
- Carry out a wide range of administrative tasks related to services across various buildings and facilities.
- Undertaking the customer IQP compliance requirement for the business.
- Document control, maintaining records and files and assisting other team members when and where required.
- The position requires the individual to plan, organise, and prioritise their work in order to meet deadlines and provide timely and accurate information to all stakeholders.
To be a successful candidate we require the following qualifications/experience:
- Demonstrated experience in office administration and support.
- Knowledge of asset-based data management and Building Warrant of Fitness requirements.
- Ideally have worked within the Facility Services or Maintenance Services industry.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Experience managing high volumes of work within tight timeframes.
- Reliable, responsible, trustworthy and an excellent communicator.
- Drive and enthusiasm, and the ability to respond to change with agility and flexibility.
- Approachable, organised and can juggle multiple tasks.
- High digital literacy and the aptitude to learn and use systems.
- Positive can-do attitude.
