Position Summary
Are you a detail-driven Graphic Designer who enjoys working in a structured, fast-paced production environment?

We’re looking for a Graphic Designer to join our team in Everett, WA. In this role, you’ll use your design skills to create accurate, high-impact large- and small-format signage and other custom print materials—ensuring all work meets client specifications and production requirements.

You’ll collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand project requirements and ensure designs are prepared correctly for fabrication and installation. A strong focus of this role is creating clean, production-ready files that translate seamlessly from screen to physical build. Compensation & Benefits
● $25 to $27 an hour (depending on level of experience)

What You'll Do
● Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand project instructions and specifications.
● Organize projects and design files to support efficient workflow.
● Select graphics and stock photography to meet creative requirements
● Enhance selections with simple drawings when needed.
● Create designs for interior and exterior signs, vehicle graphics, and dimensional lettering
● Create mockups and assembly instructions for multi-part products
● Prepare rough drafts and proofs for review and participate in collaborative revisions.
● Apply strong design judgment to ensure proper composition, layout, and visual clarity.
● Participate in the revision and approval process until the final design is complete.
● Ensure final files are accurate and meet required specifications for production.
● Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and quality standards.
● Perform other related duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications
● Minimum of 1 year of professional graphic design experience
● Minimum of 1 year of professional experience using Adobe Illustrator
● Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite
● Strong attention to detail and file accuracy
● Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
● Strong written and verbal communication skills
● Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Preferred Qualifications
● 3+ years of graphic or production design experience
● Experience in print, signage, or production environments
● Experience working from detailed specifications or technical drawings
