Everdry Waterproofing is seeking motivated individuals to be the face of our brand. We offer a performance-driven compensation structure, featuring a 4-day work week (Friday–Sunday OFF), weekly pay, and a clear path to earn $55,000+ annually.

We provide complete, paid training. No prior marketing or sales experience is required. If you are motivated and enjoy talking to people, we will teach you the rest.

YOUR ROLE: Brand Ambassador & Lead Generator
Your primary role is to generate highly qualified appointments for our sales consultants by engaging with the community.
Community Outreach: Engage homeowners face-to-face (canvassing/door-to-door) in local neighborhoods to identify their waterproofing needs.
Brand Representation: Clearly communicate the benefits of our services with professionalism and energy.
Lead Qualification: Set qualified appointments where all homeowners are present and contact info is verified.
Tech Savvy: Use our mobile application to record accurate data regarding interactions.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
Personality: A positive, self-driven attitude. You must be comfortable talking to new people every day.
Logistics: Reliable transportation to our Evans City office and for travel within the assigned territory.
Tech: Must have a smartphone with a data plan.
Eligibility: Must be able to pass a background check.
