We’re looking for a Customer Service Representative who brings professionalism, organization, and a calm, solutions-focused approach to every interaction.

What You’ll Do Customer Service & Communication

Answer and manage a high volume of inbound calls in a professional, courteous, and efficient manner

  • Provide accurate information regarding services, pricing, scheduling, and company policies

  • Respond to customer inquiries, concerns, and service issues, resolving directly or escalating when appropriate

  • Communicate effectively with customers, technicians, sales staff, and management to ensure seamless service delivery

  • Maintain accurate documentation of all customer interactions within company systems

Inside Sales & Revenue Support
  • Conduct inside sales activities for residential and commercial customers

  • Promote additional services and upgrades to existing customers

  • Convert prospective inquiries into scheduled service appointments

  • Support company revenue goals through proactive customer engagement and service recommendations

Administrative & Operational Support
  • Ensure accuracy of customer records and service details

  • Utilize company scheduling and CRM systems effectively

  • Adhere to company policies, procedures, and performance standards

  • Support departmental and organizational initiatives as assigned

This role plays a critical part in supporting customer retention, driving revenue growth, and maintaining the operational efficiency that our clients depend on.

Qualifications Education & Experience
  • Six months to one year of customer service, inside sales, or administrative experience preferred

  • Experience in a high-volume call environment strongly preferred

  • Must obtain and maintain a valid Massachusetts Pesticide Applicator (Core) License within a company-designated timeframe (training and preparation support provided by Braman)

Technical Skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications

  • Ability to learn and effectively use company scheduling and CRM systems

  • Basic mathematical skills, including percentages, ratios, and general calculations

Language & Reasoning Skills
  • Ability to read, write, and comprehend routine correspondence and instructions in English

  • Ability to communicate effectively in one-on-one and small group settings

  • Ability to apply sound judgment and follow written and verbal instructions

Work Environment
  • 100% Office Based. Remote work is not available for this position

  • Extended periods of sitting

  • Occasional standing, walking, bending, and carrying light office materials
