THE POSITION

Join our team as the Manager of Volunteer Services, where you will lead and inspire a dedicated group of volunteers to make a meaningful impact in our community. In this pivotal role, you will oversee the recruitment, training, and coordination of volunteers, ensuring their efforts align with our organizational goals. Your leadership will foster a supportive and engaging environment, enhancing the volunteer experience and driving our mission forward. Bachelor’s degree is required, preferably in a health or business-related area of study. Ideally, the individual in this role will have at least four years of full-time managerial/leadership experience. Retail and inventory management experience, preferred.
