Arbors Management Inc. is an established Property Management company based in Pittsburgh managing properties throughout Western PA, West Virginia, and Eastern Ohio. We currently have an opening for a full-time Property Manager located in the East Liberty area of Pittsburgh. This Property Manager will oversee operations at our 81-unit subsidized senior high-rise property, managing the building financials, tenant relations and maintenance staff. Knowledge of Section 8 housing & HUD regulations is preferred.

The successful outcome of a Property Manager will include:

• Delinquency rate of 5% or less
• Occupancy rate of 95% or more
• Meet with and manage a staff of 3 people (2 Maintenance and 1 Community Assistant)
• Having a steady wait list of future residents that would like to live at the property
• Adherence to the yearly budget
• Maintaining positive relationships with residents

Skills needed to be successful as the Property Manager include:

• Affordable housing experience is preferred (Project Based Section 8 and HUD)
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to learn and use computer software including RealPage/Onesite, Google programs, check scanners, printers and copy machines
• Ability to manage people and maintain a positive work environment
• Financial efficiency to manage rents, collections and budgets

• Must have a valid driver’s license, vehicle and insurance
• Must pass pre-employment drug and background screen
• HS diploma or equivalent
• Have, or be willing to obtain, a PA Real Estate License
