E-Commerce Manager (Path to Director)

Position Summary We’re seeking a high-energy, data-driven E-Commerce Manager to own and grow our DTC website and key marketplaces, including Amazon and Costco Next. This is a pivotal role designed for a results-oriented leader ready to scale digital revenue, optimize the customer journey, and move into a Director-level position as they build high-performing partnerships. You’ll be part of a fast-growing, privately held company with a portfolio of premium foodservice and cutlery products trusted worldwide—including Cangshan Cutlery, New Star Foodservice, and Austin Cutlery & Tool.

Key Responsibilities

  • Set the vision and lead the charge in building and executing an ecommerce strategy that delivers bold revenue growth and measurable impact.
  • Drive winning sales strategies across DTC and major marketplaces by shaping merchandising, pricing, promotions, and advertising that convert customers and maximize ROI.
  • Champion the customer experience with seamless navigation, fast performance, compelling content, and an effortless path to purchase.
  • Scale marketplace operations by optimizing FBA replenishment, platform integrations, and processes that unlock efficiency and growth.
  • Forge powerful partnerships with vendors, marketplaces, and third-party collaborators to strengthen our competitive edge.
  • Own financial performance by aligning initiatives with business goals, driving accountability for channel P&L, and ensuring platform compliance and health.

Requirements:

Education & Experience

  • 5+ years in ecommerce, including 2+ years of leadership experience.
  • Bachelors Degree required in Marketing or related field.
  • Proven success in B2B/B2C growth—CPG or manufacturing experience is a plus.
  • Expertise in Amazon, Shopify, and modern marketplace tools.
  • Strong digital marketing, analytics, and team leadership skills.
