As a strategic and hands-on expert in marketing operations, you will play a crucial role in optimizing our marketing processes and technology. Your expertise will ensure smooth marketing workflows and efficient operations across various digital platforms. Accountabilities- Own and manage digital engagement platforms including WordPress and Salesforce.
- Lead development and QA of emails, forms, and automations for marketing initiatives.
- Oversee website and newsletter administration, ensuring content accuracy.
- Manage and coordinate shared services operations, including request routing.
- Build and analyze performance dashboards and reports to drive strategy.
- Implement AI-assisted workflows to enhance operational efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with marketing data privacy regulations.
- Support campaign efforts including SEM and LinkedIn initiatives.
- Provide technical support and training for marketing technology platforms.
- 5+ years of experience in marketing operations and technology.
- Hands-on expertise in WordPress, Salesforce, Mailchimp, and Google Analytics.
- Knowledge of SEO, SEM, and search engine marketing best practices.
- Experience with designing AI-enabled workflows.
- Strong analytical skills with a focus on accuracy and improvement.
- Basic proficiency in HTML for email and website updates.
- Excellent organizational skills in fast-paced environments.
- Familiarity with project intake and ticketing systems.
- Ability to manage multiple requests and prioritize effectively.
