You will serve as a trusted partner to clients, ensuring their benefits programs are managed efficiently, remain compliant, and align with strategic objectives. Working in a fully remote and collaborative environment, you will coordinate with internal teams, insurance carriers, and vendors to provide seamless service. - Manage ongoing service needs for assigned employee benefits clients, ensuring timely and accurate support.
- Act as a primary point of contact for client inquiries, resolving issues and escalating when necessary.
- Support renewal processes, including data collection, reporting, and coordination with internal stakeholders.
- Assist with open enrollment planning and execution, including employee communications and presentations.
- Prepare client-facing materials such as benefit summaries, guides, and reports.
- Liaise with insurance carriers and vendors to resolve eligibility, billing, and claims-related issues.
- Maintain accurate client records and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal procedures.
- Contribute to client retention efforts by delivering proactive, high-quality service.
- 4+ years of experience in employee benefits, group insurance, or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of medical, dental, vision, life, and disability insurance plans.
- Experience working with insurance carriers and third-party vendors.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- Excellent organizational, time management, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple accounts and deadlines with strong attention to detail.
- Life & Health insurance license or willingness to obtain within a specified timeframe.
- Familiarity with compliance regulations such as ACA, COBRA, and HIPAA is a plus.
- Collaborative mindset with a strong focus on client service and accountability.
- Competitive salary ranging from $64,000 to $65,000 annually.
