ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES – what you’ll own and lead
- We are seeking an IT Support & Endpoint Administrator who is ready to own our entire technology environment — not just respond to tickets but drive the strategic direction of how technology supports our work.
- This is a sole-contributor role reporting to the VP of Business Development and sitting within Executive Operations, with the authority to build, improve, and lead IT infrastructure across our organization.
- As we scale, we are building a modern, secure, and strategically managed IT environment to support our people, operations, and healthcare compliance obligations.
- The right person thrives as the single point of accountability for IT. They are equally comfortable thinking globally, strategically and solving day-to-day problems. They take pride in building something that lasts.
This role manages:
- Endpoint deployment and security
- Microsoft 365 administration
- SharePoint governance
- Daily security risks
- IT Deliverables to key stakeholders
- SaaS platforms
- VOIP
- Mobile devices
- HIPAA compliance and email encryption
- Monday.com operations
- New Hire IT Equipment onboarding and security training using Company curriculum
- Full Employee lifecycle support
ROLE QUALIFICATIONS

- Demonstrate strong commitment to compliance
- Knowledge of best practices for handling PHI in compliance with HIPAA regulations
- Administrative specialty in related field – whether accounting, customer service, scheduling, billing, IT, project management, leadership, sales, marketing, business development, medical scheduling, staffing, care coordinator or coordination, recruiting, talent acquisition, compliance, office manager or management, business manager or management, human resources, or operations a bonus
- Experience in assisted living, facility, nursing home, or in home care a bonus
