This role is a high-impact HR leadership position focused on shaping people strategy and driving business performance across UK operations in a fast-paced, global environment. You will act as a trusted advisor to leaders and employees, balancing strategic partnership with hands-on execution across the full employee lifecycle. The position plays a key role in aligning HR initiatives with business objectives while ensuring compliance with UK employment law and internal standards. You will support talent development, employee relations, organisational effectiveness, and cultural initiatives across multiple teams and locations. Working within a globally distributed HR structure, you will have full ownership of the UK HR landscape while contributing to wider international initiatives. - Act as a strategic HR partner to managers and employees, providing guidance across employee relations, performance management, and organisational development
- Manage end-to-end employee relations cases, including grievances, disciplinaries, investigations, and workplace concerns
- Oversee the full employee lifecycle, including onboarding, development, leave management, and offboarding processes
- Drive implementation of global HR initiatives locally, ensuring alignment with UK regulations and business needs
- Support talent management, employee engagement, and learning and development programs to strengthen capability and culture
- Ensure HR compliance with UK employment law, GDPR, right-to-work requirements, and internal policy standards
- Maintain HR systems, employee data accuracy, reporting, and process improvements in collaboration with HR Operations
- Partner with leadership on workforce planning, organisational effectiveness, and cross-functional HR projects
- Support recruitment activities in collaboration with hiring managers and talent acquisition teams
- Assist with immigration, visa processes, and expatriate employee support when required
- 8–10 years of experience in HR Generalist, HR Business Partner, or HR Manager roles within a global or complex organisation
- Strong expertise in UK employment law, HR compliance, and policy development
- Proven experience managing employee relations cases and providing senior-level HR advisory support
- Experience with HR systems (HRIS) and proficiency in Google Suite or similar tools
- Familiarity with recruitment processes, including candidate screening and interview coordination
- Experience supporting visa, sponsorship, and expatriate employee processes is highly desirable
- Strong communication, influencing, and relationship-building skills across all levels and cultures
- Highly organised with strong time management, problem-solving, and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, evolving environment with high ownership mindset
- CIPD qualification or working towards it is preferred
- Strong business acumen and ability to align HR strategy with organisational goals
