The Opportunity
You will join our Field Operations team as a foundational member, contributing to specialized, private government-funded projects that go beyond standard construction. How You Will Make an Impact
Assist in the installation and maintenance of complex commercial electrical systems.
Maintain a safe and organized job site by following all established safety protocols.
Operate essential hand and power tools to facilitate efficient project completion.
Collaborate with senior electricians to interpret technical diagrams and site layouts.
Execute daily tasks with precision to support strict project timelines and high-quality standards.
Required Qualifications & Experience
Demonstrated mechanical aptitude and a strong desire to build a career in the electrical trade.
Proven reliability and a hardworking, trustworthy approach to field operations.
Ability to perform physical labor and navigate commercial construction environments.
Effective communication skills and the ability to work cohesively within a team structure.
Preferred Qualifications & Experience
High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
Approximately 2-3 years of related work experience in a construction, commercial electrical, or technical field.
Basic foundational knowledge of electrical components and commercial systems.
