We’re looking for an Assistant General Manager who leads from the floor, supports the team, and helps run strong, organized shifts without needing to be told what to do next.

You’re not stuck in an office, and you’re not expected to run the entire building alone.

You’re the right hand to the GM and a key leader for the team — someone who jumps in, keeps things moving, and helps create a consistent, high-quality experience for both guests and team members.

• Run strong, organized shifts across FOH + BOH
• Jump in where needed — line, expo, floor, or problem-solving
• Support scheduling, staffing, and daily operations
• Coach team members in real time
• Train and onboard new hires
• Maintain service, food quality, and cleanliness standards
• Handle guest concerns with confidence
• Support performance and accountability with the GM
• Assist with inventory, ordering, and cost awareness

• Pay Range - $56K + DOE

• 2–4 years of restaurant leadership or shift management experience
• Comfortable leading a team while working alongside them
• Strong communicator who can coach and direct effectively
• Able to stay organized and focused in a fast-paced environment
• Takes initiative and ownership of the shift
• Open to nights, weekends, and holidays
• Food Handler’s Card (or ability to obtain quickly)

• Fast-paced, high-energy restaurant setting
• On your feet most of the shift
• Occasional lifting up to 40–50 lbs.
• Exposure to kitchen heat, noise, and busy service periods
• Non-slip shoes required
