Job Description

  • GENERAL SUMMARY
    • The Fortify Network Integration Specialist supports the planning, implementation, evaluation, and maintenance of key network operations and integrations that support Fortify’s strategic plan. This role supports leadership with the implementation of key processes and projects through the development of efficient workflows and communication systems across multiple teams. The Fortify Network Operations Specialist will monitor the progress and alignment of team projects and initiatives against the network’s strategic goals and shared deadlines. This implementation support can take the form of, but not be limited to, analytical facilitation, change management, interoperability, project management support, relationship management or research. Reports to the Director, Population Health Network Integration.

  • ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
    • Data Operations Management
      • Supports Director, Clinical Informatics and Data Analytics Manager with delivery and progress of informatics initiatives, projects, and assignments.
      • Communicates updates from data analytics team to other Fortify departments.
    • Strategic Partnerships and Project Management Support
      • Supports the Director, Strategic Transformation with relationship management of current and future strategic partners (e.g., Oracle Health, BEMO) and Fortify’s strategic planning to ensure successful outcomes.
    • Network Operations
      • Supports the Director, Population Health Network Integration with ensuring alignment with key initiatives.
      • Network Growth/Practice Integration
        • Creates and implements a streamline roadmap for practice integration and data onboarding and supports operationalization of the roadmap.
      • Network Engagement
        • Supports the Medical Director in the planning and implementation of the network’s participation engagement strategy.
    • Contracting and Business Operations
      • Supports the Director, Finance by tracking key deliverables and timelines from contract negotiation to contract implementation.
      • Tracks the receipt of monthly payor files and outstanding payor commitments.
      • Acts as Fortify’s lead for knowledge management by ensuring all team documents, the Fortify intranet, presentations and webpages are up to date, and communicating any updates across the team.
    • Performs all other duties as assigned.
  • LICENSES AND/OR CERTIFICATIONS
    • Required Licenses and/or Certifications
      • None required.
  • MINIMUM EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS
    • Required Education and Experience
      • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university in related field required.
        • Must provide record of a completed degree or academic transcript from an accredited program, college, or university at time of hire.
      • 2 years or more professional experience required.
    • Preferred Education and Experience
      • Master’s degree from an accredited college or university in related field preferred.
        • Must provide record of a completed degree or academic transcript from an accredited program, college, or university at time of hire.
      • 5 years or more experience in the healthcare industry and within an Academic Medical Center preferred.
      • Project coordination experience preferred.
    • Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
      • Strong analytical, problem solving, and presentation skills.
      • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
      • Excellent time and project management skills with the ability to plan, set and shift priorities in a fast paced, fluid environment.
      • Possesses strong verbal, written, and interpersonal skills as well as, the ability to interact with and build collegial relationships with diverse individuals.
      • Demonstrated ability to work in a team and a collaboratively shared leadership environment while being able to work independently as necessary.
      • Proficient in word processing, spreadsheet, and presentation software such as Microsoft Office (Project, Visio, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook) and other applicable software.
  • WORKING CONDITIONS
    • Normal office environment with little exposure to excessive noise, dust, temperature and the like.
