This role offers a dynamic opportunity to work at the intersection of customer success and technical expertise within a fast-paced cybersecurity environment. You will play a key role in ensuring customers fully adopt and benefit from advanced security solutions, guiding them from onboarding through long-term success. Acting as a trusted advisor, you’ll combine technical knowledge with strong relationship management to deliver impactful support and training. The position involves close collaboration with product, support, and engineering teams to resolve issues and improve user experience. You’ll also contribute to shaping product evolution through customer feedback and insights. This is an ideal role for someone who enjoys solving complex challenges while building meaningful customer relationships.
- Drive product adoption by supporting customers with deployment strategies, segmentation, and ongoing usage optimization
- Deliver engaging and comprehensive training sessions to ensure customers effectively use the platform
- Maintain regular communication with customers through scheduled check-ins and proactive engagement
- Lead the resolution of technical issues in collaboration with support and engineering teams, ensuring timely outcomes
- Build and nurture strong customer relationships, understanding their goals and challenges to enhance satisfaction
- Collect and communicate customer feedback to internal teams to support continuous product improvement
- Act as a bridge between customers and technical teams, translating complex requirements into actionable insights
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field (or equivalent practical experience)
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in customer success, technical support, or a similar role within SaaS or cybersecurity environments
- Strong understanding of modern cybersecurity technologies and regulatory frameworks (e.g., DORA, NIST)
- Hands-on experience with Active Directory, REST APIs, scripting (Python or PowerShell), and operating systems (Windows, Linux, macOS)
- Ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a strong customer-first mindset
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities, with a proactive approach to challenges
