The successful candidate will be responsible for:

• responding to questions in person, over the phone, and through email with a sense of urgency;
• providing assistance or direction on questions related to computer systems, software, and hardware;
• performing administrative maintenance tasks in a Windows Server environment;
• exceeding our (internal and external) customers' expectations.

The ideal candidate will:

• have experience working with Windows Server;
• be familiar with troubleshooting network problems (LAN and WAN);
• be willing to work as part of a team dedicated to Alro's service expectations;
• be attentive to detail and eager to help others;
• be an effective communicator and listener;
• have strong organizational skills and the ability to multi-task;
• be willing to work flexible hours.
