In this role, you will lead the transformation and growth of a data-driven career development platform that combines digital tools with human coaching to help individuals navigate their professional journeys. As CEO, you will take full ownership of the business, guiding it from near-breakeven performance to strong profitability while setting the foundation for long-term expansion. The role blends strategic leadership with hands-on execution across product, marketing, operations, and financial management. You will oversee both a scalable SaaS platform and a premium service offering, ensuring sustainable growth and strong unit economics. Working closely with a board of directors and experienced cross-functional experts, you will shape the strategic direction of the company and unlock new growth opportunities. This position is ideal for a builder-minded executive eager to scale a technology-enabled business into a global market leader.
Accountabilities
  • Take full ownership of the companys P&L, operational performance, and strategic direction, driving the business toward profitability within the first year.
  • Lead the development and execution of product-led growth strategies, optimizing user journeys to maximize activation, retention, and long-term customer value.
  • Oversee and optimize performance marketing initiatives, managing paid acquisition channels such as Google, Meta, and TikTok to ensure scalable and profitable customer acquisition.
  • Scale and optimize the coaching and services business, ensuring strong operational efficiency, customer satisfaction, and healthy margins.
  • Define and execute the companys long-term growth strategy, identifying opportunities to expand into new markets, verticals, or product lines.
  • Recruit, develop, and lead a high-performing team, fostering a culture of rapid execution, accountability, and innovation.
  • Work closely with the board of directors, providing strategic updates and aligning on long-term business objectives.
  • Identify high-impact opportunities to improve operational performance, including product improvements, marketing optimizations, and cost efficiencies.
  • Drive the organization toward scalable systems and processes that support global growth and long-term enterprise value creation.

Requirements
  • Proven experience as a senior executive or founder, with a strong track record of scaling B2C SaaS, marketplace, or technology-enabled service businesses.
  • Demonstrated expertise in product-led growth strategies, including user activation, retention optimization, and customer lifecycle management.
  • Strong background in performance marketing and paid acquisition, with experience managing large-scale digital advertising channels.
  • Experience owning and managing full P&L responsibility, with a focus on profitability, unit economics, and sustainable growth.
  • Deep understanding of business metrics such as LTV/CAC ratios, contribution margins, and growth efficiency.
  • Strong analytical capabilities with the ability to derive insights from complex data sets and translate them into actionable business strategies.
  • Experience scaling operationally complex businesses that combine technology platforms with service delivery models.
  • Exceptional leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire teams and align stakeholders around a shared vision.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a strong bias for execution, problem-solving, and continuous improvement.
  • Ability to operate both strategically and tactically in a fast-moving environment while building systems that scale.

Benefits
  • Base salary range: $170,000 $220,000 per year depending on experience and location
