This role is a key leadership position responsible for driving financial strategy, operational efficiency, and investor confidence across the organization. As Finance Director, you will oversee day-to-day financial operations, including budgeting, accounting, forecasting, and cash flow management, while ensuring alignment with growth and profitability goals. You will partner closely with cross-functional teams such as Legal, Sales, and People Operations to provide strategic insights, performance metrics, and operational support. This position offers the opportunity to influence company-wide financial decision-making, manage investor relationships, and optimize key business processes. Accountabilities:

Lead the companys financial planning and analysis, including budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management
Partner with leadership to implement financial strategies aligned with business growth and profitability goals
Oversee accounting, financial reporting, and regulatory filings, including coordination with external service providers
Develop performance metrics, KPIs, and financial insights to support operational excellence across all functions
Prepare and present investor materials, representing the company to current and prospective investors
Support go-to-market functions including pricing, packaging, contracting, and renewal activities
Continuously improve financial workflows and systems to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and scalability

Requirements:

Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or related field
Proven experience in financial leadership roles with responsibility for budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting
Strong understanding of accounting principles, financial management, and investor relations
High proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and financial modeling tools
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
Ability to collaborate cross-functionally and influence stakeholders at all levels
Detail-oriented, reliable, and operates with integrity in all aspects of financial management
Experience supporting fast-growing technology or cloud-focused companies is a plus
Fully authorized to work in the United States
