BSM Construction, Inc. is seeking a skilled Traveling Commercial Superintendent to oversee on-site operations for our growing portfolio of projects. We specialize in Retail, Grocery, Office, and Industrial construction (both Tenant Improvement and Ground-Up).

Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the on-site leader, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to quality standards
- Oversee commercial tenant improvement and ground-up construction projects
- Proactively schedule subcontractors and coordinate daily site activities
- Interpret project plans and layouts accurately and identify potential issues early
- Enforce health and safety standards on-site
- Maintain clear communication with clients, project managers, and site teams
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously with strong attention to detail
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience as a Superintendent in Tenant Improvement (TI) and Retail construction (required)
- Extensive knowledge of ADA interior and site requirements
- Strong ability to read and interpret blueprints
- Proven experience managing complex construction schedules
- Ability to travel to project sites across the Western United States
- Ability to navigate active construction sites effectively
