Home Health Registered Nurse (RN) at Inhouse Recruiting Solutions – Austin, Texas

Looking for an In-Office RN Case Manager to join our supportive clinical team in North Austin, TX. This is a hybrid role focused on care coordination, case management, and clinical oversight from our office setting — with occasional field visits as needed.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate care plans and collaborate with field staff
• Review clinical documentation and support compliance efforts
• Serve as the liaison between patients, providers, and caregivers
• Assist with scheduling, triage, and case review meetings
• Provide back-up visits as needed

What You’ll Need:

• Active RN license in Texas
• 2+ years of clinical experience (home health or hospice preferred)
• Excellent communication and documentation skills
• Comfort using EMR systems and working in a fast-paced environment
