Position Overview:
We are seeking friendly, reliable, and professional Banquet Servers to join our events team. As a Banquet Server, you’ll play a key role in creating outstanding guest experiences by providing excellent service throughout the event — from setup and food service to clean-up.
Key Responsibilities:
• Set up banquet rooms and tables according to event plans
• Greet guests warmly and ensure their needs are met throughout the event
• Serve food and beverages in a timely, professional manner
• Clear tables and maintain cleanliness throughout service
• Follow all food safety and sanitation policies
• Assist with clean up after events
• Work closely with the banquet captain and kitchen staff to ensure smooth execution
Requirements:
• Prior hospitality or serving experience preferred (banquet experience a plus)
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work on your feet for extended periods
• Able to lift up to 20 lbs (e.g., trays, chairs, or equipment)
• Punctual, dependable, and team-oriented
• Must be available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
